This agreement applies to all RawrGrin users who purchase an in-app subscription.
1. Subscription Overview
Subscriptions provide additional benefits such as ad-free usage and unlimited AI pose generation.
- Plans may include monthly, quarterly, or annual options.
- Pricing is shown in the app and may be adjusted according to platform rules.
- The subscription enhances usage limits and experience but does not change data protection standards.
2. Key Privacy Commitment for Subscribers
Even with an active subscription, we do not collect facial information.
No facial features or facial recognition data are collected, stored, or shared. Subscription benefits never override this privacy commitment.
3. Third-Party Services and AI Commitments
The AI services involved in generation are controlled and reviewed to follow this agreement.
- Processing is temporary and task-based only.
- No storage of facial information by us or service partners.
- Temporary generation data is deleted after completion.
4. Purchase and Renewal
- Subscription charges are handled through your Apple App Store account.
- Plans auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation and renewal settings can be managed in your App Store subscription settings.
5. Benefits and Limitations
- Subscribers get ad-free usage and higher generation availability.
- The app and related assets remain the property of RawrGrin.
- Features may be updated or adjusted with in-app notice when needed.
6. Data Handling for Subscribers
- Data handling remains aligned with the Privacy Policy.
- No personal data, no facial information, and no generated content are retained beyond required processing scope.
- Payment information is handled by Apple, not collected directly by RawrGrin.
7. Cancellation and Support
You can cancel in App Store settings at any time, and support is available for billing or feature questions.
